3. Customer Responsibilities

2. Remove all personal items from your vehicle before service

4. Pay for services as agreed upon

3.1 Vehicle Condition

You warrant that your vehicle is in safe operating condition and that you have the legal right to authorize the requested services.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are clearly displayed and subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.

4.2 Refunds and Cancellations

purevistatone Car Wash's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
• Items left in the vehicle
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Consequential or indirect damages

6. Insurance and Claims

purevistatone Car Wash maintains appropriate insurance coverage. Any damage claims must be reported immediately and will be investigated promptly. We reserve the right to inspect any claimed damage before accepting liability.

6.1 Claim Process

1. Report damage immediately to management
2. Provide photographic evidence if possible
3. Allow our insurance adjuster to inspect the vehicle
4. Cooperate fully with the investigation process
